While anxiously awaiting the arrival of my ExpertPad I found a package
called LunaMail by LunaTech that claims to allow 1.x Newtons POP/SMTP
e-mail access. I have often heard (and repeated myself) that you can't do
this. This package is pretty old, from early 1995. But purports to have a
PPP stack built in so all I need is an old newton and a modem.
Does this thing actually work? Is there hope for those of us with archaic
Newtons?
I'd be interested to know if anyone used/uses this and if it works or not.
