If I recall right NIE2.0 was written for NOS2.1 only but NIE1.1 might
work as e.g. NIE1.0 worked on a MP120. However, using Ethernet on a
single PCMCIA slot Newton makes not so much sense because you could use
LocalTalk and wouldn't have to swap cards.
