Nope. Newton couldn't use it if you could - there's no floating cursor
on them.

However, you CAN use your Newton to either control the mouse on Macs or
write text into your Mac (possibly PCs too, not sure) through packages
like NewtTablet (search Planet Newton or AMUG) and (I think it is)
