Er, sorry to ask such a dumb question, but do books created with
NewtonPress work on NOS 1.x?
Anyway, C++ tools are only for NOS 2.x and you don't need NOS 2.1
APIs here (except to show grays graphics), so a Newt-only solution
can only be envisage for NOS 2.x devices.
