[NTLK] Details of the USB irda interface

Okay, here's the info:

The unit essentially duplicates the capabilities of earlier PowerBook IR
ports. It uses OS X.1's built in IR drivers, so no OS 9 and probably no
Classic support either. Obviously without some kind of MacOS X compatible
Newton aware software it'd be pretty useless.

Something to consider for the next version of nSync maybe (though personally
I reckon bluetooth would be more useful.)
