I think the point is that you use your Newton to tell your computer at
home to email it to a more useful machine. So say you're at lunch, you
remember that the presentation you have to give is at home you can use
your t68i or newton whatever and request that your home machine sends
the file to somewhere more useful where you can access it in time for
your slideshow.
No one ever mentioned using the newton for more than it can already do.
