I am on a Mac OS X box, and I'd like to *easily* create newton books.

The ideal solution would be a pdf reader for the Newton, but I'll make
do.

What's the easiest way to do this - I'd prefer to have an OS X solution
(ie. I'd rather not use 9) as my goal would be to write shell/perl/ruby
scripts to automate this.
