Sorry, I didn't question him about how he found Newton users emails.

Well, I would have to guess that whatever company has commissioned the
survey would have at least a concept of what they wanted to achieve
before spending $ on the survey.

I agree. You'll note that I haven't emailed him to get the survey, but
have asked that it be forwarded to me. I recently lost my 'spam
acount'. I may just get another email account just for this. I know
that I will eventually need another!
