Adriano, I love the work you are doing, keep it up!

But the professional photographer/videographer in me just cringes at
your photos and video. I know it is your phone and the quality is
pretty good given that. You should try and tape your phone to a broom
stick or chair or something that does not move (poor man's tripod).
This will improve your images a lot.

Just trying to offer some advice so you can show off the great work you
are doing in the best light ;)
