[NTLK] Help, redux

Well, after a bit of web searching I discovered how to erase the memory
card: remove it, start the MP, open prefs and insert the card.
OK: crisis averted.
But how does one edit/see/modify/delete files on the memory card? Is
there an application, akin to windoze explorer, for seeing and arranging
folders and files on the memory cards?
