No dealings with this firm, but I was ripped off by another US
supplier (details can be found if you do a search on the list). Do
you know how the firm was supposed to be sending the eMate? If it's
surface mail then it can take a long time. It might be best to raise
the possible issue with eBay and Paypal now before their time limits
run out. I got caught by that snag.
