I use both (newton 2100, Palm IIIx). I prefer the Newtons, but there are
times (especially in the summer when I'm not wearing my leather jacket
with Newton-size pockets) where the Palm's small size is handy. I dump
my data over to the Palm occasionally, and it's always in my shirt
pocket.
I use both all day every day. I mostly get reminders from my Palm
(always in my pocket) and use it to read e-books. I use the Newton for
that and everything else.
