I love my Newton, and I won't give it up until switching to something else
is an upgrade, as opposed to a downgrade. That said, I will look at any new
PDA and give it a fair chance. I won't say no to PocketPC just because it
is a Micro$oft product. I'll say no to it because the screen is too small
and there is no Mac Connectivity...Yet.
So, in the event that there is not anything better than a Newton for several
more years I have a spare one under my bed. :-)
I expect there will come a day when a product is released that can do all
that my Newton can, and better. However, I don't realistically think that
will be for at least 3 or 4 years.
