but Paul B's cards, while a great deal, will not work on MP130, which is
what I have :/ the MP130 is supposed to take 5/5V, but as we all know who
have followed this since the beginning, the 5/5V Value Series 100 6 megs (I
think that's the right name) that Paul B. has, will not work on MP120 or
MP130.
I did only ask about the Intel stuff, since of course they don't have the
AMD chipsets.... I'll see what they say about pricing, anyway.
timaSci is out f the 5/12V intel cars at the moment, expecting some soon
though.
To switch topics a little, I've got a 4 meg card that tests fine on Win95
using the intel "erase and test" util- it says it passes all test, go ahead
and format it. I don't have a util (yet- just downloaded today I hope) to
format it on the win95 laptop, but formatting on the Newton seems to work,
but attempted package install give a card store error (obj. not found, I
think: -10660? or similar).
Ideas of why this may be? this is in fact why I'm looking into another
flash card at the moment.
