Nope, these are new. Not refurb'ed Apple packs or even new old stock Apple
packs. The gold plated terminal is the tip off. My orig. Apple pack has
silver colored ones. Unless there's a revision of these with gold
terminals I don't know about (very possible). Also I just re-looked at the
site and he mentions that the amperage rating for the pack is 1300 mAh, so
you could build a much better pack yourself these days assuming you feel
comfortable around a soldering iron...
