Just to put in my Hapence along with everyone else.
I feel that there has been too much platform stuff recently, and far too
much bollocks about the Ipod that lets face it we are all pissed off about
because we all thought it would be the new firewire, bluutooth, equipped
newton with hwr, tea making ability, a machine that with the upgraded willy
slot available only from the apple store , would satisfy" those needs " as
well etc etc.
While I am finding it hard to wade through all the messages that are not on
topic, I feel that it is important that we dont stifle or censor list
members who on occassion have been very helpful with off topic questions of
mine. eg My quest for a powerbook shell, for an underwater shoot, (still not
resolved), my questions re getting my vynyl collection onto my mac, Just two
examples.
