The Webster's Dictionary at Project Gutenberg (http://promo.net/pg/) seems
to have the phoenetic stuff preserved, but in some weird translation of
characters. Other than taking that and converting it into a newtonbook,
I'm not sure of what else you could do. FYI, Lextionary is based on
Princeton Universities' WordNet (http://www.cogsci.princeton.edu/~wn/),
which is cool as it draws relationships between words easily, but doesn't
worry about phoenetics.

I guess what would have to be done is to build a "DictEN" and then use
