Check out my "Computus" app (<http://www.michael-hussmann.de/downloads/
Computus.hqx>): select "Ostern", then tap "Definition". Easter is the
first Sunday after the first full moon in spring, unless the first full
moon is on a Sunday; in that case, Easter is on the next Sunday.
"Computus", by the way, is the name of the ancient art of determining the
Easter date. Only much later did "computare" become synonymous with
"calculare" (from "calculus", a small stone).

That's a simple one: he had come to Jerusalem to celebrate Pessach (on
the first full moon in spring).
