I use Travel Concept Solutions's PowerTrans Keyboards to enable me to use my
German Newton keyboard on an International MP2K1. It also adjusts the layout
of the on-screen keyboard appropriately. It's freeware and works very well.
You can find it at:

(I've just found that the download link doesn't actually work - the ftp
server cannot be found. Hopefully there is another source for this package
somewhere - a quick search of UNNA didn't find it unfortunately).

They also have a German dictionary package for International Newtons and an
English dictionary for German Newtons. They are not, however, free. I
remember evaluating both a long time ago and they also worked very well. I
didn't ultimately purchase either as I didn't have the space on my memory
cards.
