I got their contact information with a simple phone call to 411.
It pertains to their location information from ebay because the phone numbers they gave to ebay are fraudulent.

215-227-1194.
Apparently Tina and jesse work together and its Tina that answers all the emails.
I tried the phone number but the person on the other end lied to me about the ability of Tina to answer the phone.
Not a trustworthy ebayer in my opinion.
