Heap Saver was a backdrop app that was completely blank, and therefore used
almost no heap. I don't know why it was so important to save heap on a 2100,
unless that vertical market software was a real ram hog... BTW, I kept the
reset button. I think it's convenient. :-) (Maybe they had problems -61001
errors???)
