Don't assume that yet. The first day I had the same thing happen to my
battery pack. I gave it the shock treatment of plugging and unplugging it
and it finally took and held a charge. I'm getting about a week's use out of
it at the moment, with heavy usage (I don't have an IC port, so am doing a
lot of IrDA work loading software...)
