You're right about that. Well, these guys worked at Apple during the iPod, iBook, and TiBook. Maybe the battery technology for this Ultra Portable is similar.
The iPod doesn't have a whole lot to power tho... screen, backlight occasionally, earbuds, drive...

Yes, but what kind of battery does the iPod use? It must be one of those
that didn't get "shelved".
