Wow...how many times have I anwsered this question, or
others like it?
So, I won't.
Just suffice it to say that if you have to make up
reasons to use the Newt, then you either aren't
"using" it right or don't really need it.
There is no "using the newt" That doesn't exist. The
phrase "use the newt" precludes that thought is needed
for the Newt to be of service...or of "some use".
To me, my coworkers and my family, my Newt "just is".
They can no more expect me to walk into a room without
my left arm, than walk into the room without my Newt.
(I was going to say Butt, before I thought that I
might offend)
My Newt is a successful extension of my brain. I
offload non-critical, yet essential minituae onto the
Newt without the fear of loosing it! If I need the
information there-in, the Newt will return the
knowledge without fail. Sure, it may sound like I
occupy my Newt with mundane tasks, but the Newt allows
me to use my brain for what it was designed
for...thinking, not storing...Any simple device can
store information...it takes a brain to use the
information in a format that resembles knowledge
(please make that distinction between information and
knowledge)
OK...I said I wouldn't answer this question, but it
seems that I did...so, in order to not be
hypocritical, please ignore everything I wrote after I
wrote "So I won't"
Thanks
