[NTLK] ANN: NewTen (Mac OS X package installer)

So, I took UnixNPI and wrapped it in a fairly simple Cocoa wrapper, and
NewTen was born!

This Mac OS X-native application requires only a KeySpan USB serial
adapter of some kind and the appropriate KeySpan drivers, and enables
you to install packages on your Newton without having to start Classic
or futz around in the Terminal.

PS - Source code included, since it's based on UnixNPI which is GPL code

PPS - Only tested on my PowerBook & MP2000 so far -- may have bugs!
