Have you tried running multiple instances of Slowdown? I don't use my Newton
with a PC but I've read people who do report that multiple instances slow
down faster PCs enough to make them usable ;).

There was another program that I remember people mentioning but I don't
remember the name. I believe it was shareware and not freeware.
