Every Newton I've got had Duracells as OEM, some I've bought over the =
years still had the shrink-wrapped batts. I think the 'made for Duracell' =
idea is more based on the longer-than-usual size of Duracells than most =
other brands and cheaper bulk rates. I prefer the rechargables too, since =
the initial costs are quickly recovered and less stuff to trash.
