This behavior I have found to be typical. If you purchase something via
eBay they tend to be courteous and professional (because they value that
eBay score). If you use other channels, they seem to not care and pretty
much dump all over you.
My advice: In spite of the few positive comments here, avoid them. Their
business practices are questionable, IMHO, to say the least.
