I carry my newton 2100 in my front pocket. It is always available, and
has never fallen out. My wife made a slipcase for it (like a sock),
but for years I carried it without the sock. Since it is always with
me, I test each new pair of pants in the fitting room, but most casual
pants have large enough front pockets. My current favorites are Levi
Mobile Pants. All of the various other Dockers styles seem to work
too. Jeans don't of course.
For me, this is the ideal arrangement because the Newton is with me all
the time. In fact, if I leave the house without it, it is immediately
obvious that there is something missing!
