My NPDS server has its own static IP address, so my Public IP setting
will differ somewhat. Here's how I have the Tracker Client set up:

Newton is in a LAN: checked

Public IP: my fixed IP address
                              ('Ask nHTTPd' works too)
Server: npds-tracker.continuity.cx
                              (or misato.chuma.org)
Newton Port: 3680
Path: <leave blank>
HTTP Port: 3680

Register with Tracker: checked
Tell about 4xx errors: unchecked
