Cheese curd has a fairly delicate flavour _ most aged cheeses have a
stronger taste.
The stores in my area have started stocking cheese curd (not cheap
though). Some also carry cans of St. Hubert (a BBQ chicken chain based in
Quebec) poutine sauce.
