Not so fast on the Nintendo Games, Nintendo seems to be re-releaseing its
popular early games for the new Gameboy systems (BTW very cool). So that
puts Nintendo games in a grey area becasue the game can be ported over to
the Gameboy. They are therefor avalible for a current platfrom sould the
current owners of the various title desire to. Now, it appears that Atari
games have been totally abondoned by their owners, unless someone is trying
to put them on cellphones and such.

BTW, I expect the area most impacted by this would be owners of, say, the
original Atari game system or the original Nintendo. It would seem that
this opens the way to copy the cartridges. Maybe.
