Well what I got watching the little movie was a call to apple tech support
from a customer. The customer was told that the cost to get the battery
replaced was $255. Unless they faked the call to apple or if the apple tech
had no idea what he was talking about then at least at one point in time the
cost to get a ipod battery replaced was $255.
The only other thing that they are really saying is that the the ipod
battery only lasts for 18 months.
