[NTLK] Newton File Transfer to OS X / Jaguar?

I checked the FAQ for this, but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I've got a 2000 and a Keyspan serial to USB adaptor. When I try to connect
using Classic and NCU, it's not recognizing/seeing the serial/adaptor. And I
can't change the AppleTalk preferences in Classic (not supported).

Does anybody know of a piece of software/shareware out there that will let
me transfer files between the Newton and OS X (Jaguar)? Or is there a way to
beat NCU into submission in Classic?
