The Mac has had desktop clippings since some time in System 7 (7.5? 7.1
Pro?) Which is much like this, only better, because once a clipping is
created, it is retained. I clutter my poor desktop with clipping files,
and my wife's desktop is cluttered with hundreds!!! :-)
