The real cause is that the connection NCU WIN 2 Newt does not make use of
the handshake signals.
The handshake signals are used to establish a reliable connection between
two devices, no matter how big the difference in processing power is.

Thus - not using handshake - or the software Xon/Xoff protocol will ALWAYS
end in a somewhat unreliable connection, especially if the processing power
is very different.

I would REALLY REALLY appreciate if somebody would make the effort to write
an NCU Win like software that uses hardware handshake...
