[NTLK] LocalTalk cable?

Can anybody on the list tell me how I can see or measure (with a
multi-meter I presume) the difference between a 'normal' Apple serial
cable and a LocalTalk cable?
Need to send a LocalTalk one to Karel Jansens and I don't want to do
this by trial and error and I have quite a few Apple serial cables
lying around...
