A while ago a shipping 'forwarding' service was mentioned for use of
listmembers... can I use it for a non-Newton object? Shreve have 1.44
External Apple Superdrives for $29 but they're really awkward about
shipping overseas/payment! I want one for my IIgs in case I ever find a
SuperDrive controller card ;)
