You are welcome, I wish I had better news for you. And I agree it would
probably be more expensive than just buying a new one, which is why I
suggested it. And a new motherboard might fix it as well. But if the ROM
board is fried, then a new motherboard won't help. I suspect the problem is
in the motherboard though, but I am not a expert like Frank or Dr. Newt.
Personally I would just get another Newt as it really would be the easiest
and will definitly fix the problem. :)
