Just thinking out loud here...
Using Paul's ATA driver, would it be possible to use
one of those USB or Firewire PCMCIA cards to add those
capabilities to your Newt? So you could use your
Newt+ATA driver+FW/USB PCMCIA card to access FW/USB
equipped devices (like an iPod or external hard
drive). Or maybe a USB printer on a USB hub. I
realize a driver would have to be written, etc, etc,
but is it physically possible? Would those cards even
work with the Newt (unlike the Airport wireless card
which I understand PHYSICALLY won't work D2 different
pin-outs).
Or is this just a really dumb idea from a
technological moron?
