[NTLK] Easy way to scroll a note programatically?

Hi experts,

is there an easy way to scroll a note to the bottom
programatically? I think that I could do the calculation
myself and change the note's viewbounds frame (not checked
if this is really possible), but since this is such an
obvious thing people might want to do, there might be something
that's already available in Newton OS that I'm overlooking.
