ethernet is one of the fastest ways to connect to a Mac, but you will
need to get drivers installed first. The bootstraping issue. Paul
Curtis is offering the card loaner service that has all necessary
packages to get you set up.

Most Linear Flash cards will work in the 2100, i recommend at least a
16 meg but a 32 is nice. Use the other slot for ethernet.

7.5 should work fine once you get a serial connection.
