Daniel,
there is a software with a CallerID-Feature for incoming calls:
NewtSMS from Stefan Auweiler
If you use a Nokia Cardphone (or any other modem or mobil phone with the
caller id feature) NewtSMS will show you
the name of the caller if the number is in your Names app. And if you
have Macintalk on you Newton your
Newton will tell you the name of the caller ;-)
But there is still the timeout-problem with the beta version of
NewtSMS...and I think that Stefan will not compile
a new version of his software in the next time.
Daniel..we talked about that problem on the WWNC...you remember? Maybe
you can try to find a way to patch the last beta
version of NewtSMS?
CU,
Christian
