PCMCIA memory is either Linear Flash or ATA flash. All other memory
cards are ATA. The Newt only takes Linear. So your Compact Flash +
adaptor is an ATA flash card. There is no native driver for ATA on
the Newton.

However, Paul Guyot has written an add on driver for ATA flash card.
You need NewtonOS 2.x. You can find it at:
