Hi Grietje,

Try swapping the ports on the keyspan, then adjust the settings in
Keyspan Serial Assistant accordingly. You do have the Keyspan software
installed, I presume? I had the same problem, but swapping ports does
the trick for me. Otherwise, drop me a line offlist.
