2) The audio out jacks seem to have a lot of interference from
something, is this normal?
Hi,
what yu are experiencing on you audio port is not normal,
the audio port of the eMate get some gaining on the audio output, which
give you the option o connecting hearphones (at a good volume) and/or
(very very very small) speakers. If will find the audio out very useful
with MadMax and mp3s.
Try first lowering the audio volume output just turning left the audio
switch on the eMate.
If you experience the same interferences then try using the audio port
with a different pair of hearphones.
If the problem persists, try to polish from dust the inside of the
audio jack using an air compressor.
If the problem still persist, although the the emate audio connector is
really really hard and metal jacked, the previous owner had been able
to ruin it.
Hope this helps.
