[NTLK] Upgrade Specialist?

I have a MessagePad 2000 (upgraded) that has been in storage and
should be in perfect condition.

I would like to pay someone to upgrade its software and/or hardware
so that I can use it with my Mac Mini and MacBook Pro, add Wireless
networking and generally evaluate, recommend, and install other
available upgrades.

I live in San Francisco.
