[NTLK] Failing Transfers

I'm using NCU to transfer files to my Newton 2100 using my new serial
cable. Some transfers are just dying in NCU without completing, and it's
the same files every time. It appears to be any file larger than 150k or
so. Area there any tricks to transfering files completely?
