I tried freezing and thawing and while frozen I had no problems. But
whenever Blunt and "NIE Nitro & Blunt" were both active, I would get the
error.

I ended up deleting all of the 40hz stuff and reinstalling it and the
problem has gone. Perhaps this is an order of install problem? On
reinstall, I did Blunt, Nitro, NIE Nitro & Blunt, then the rest.
