[NTLK] Real World Data Collection?

I am looking for a kind of "all in one" data collector/sensor that can get air temperature, water temp, ware pH and etc. Some kind of probe that could collect data and just pipe it to a serial port so it can be captured or graph-plotter.
Has anyone seen or heard of such a thing? Im not into a serious "do it yourself" project, just something that does the job.
